Patch Download error...

Arggggg bought the game yesterday, and let it run the massive update. Only to return and find it saying error. This has happened over and over and over again. WTF. I payed a lot of money for this game. I'm from South Africa and games are not cheap. Please help. I've followed all steps but nothing seems to be helping. What a let down was looking so forward to playing the dam game. Dunno whether to try and ask for a refund or just wait till the issue gets resolved. Thank goodness i didn't purchase any DLC otherwise i would've wasted more money. NOT a happy customer at this stage. Please help.

Did you get your patch error bug fixed? As I have the same problem with downloading mine. I've been in contact with the tech dev's on their chat support and apparently I'm going to be contacted by some senior dev.
Was going to try Mac's technique to see if it worked. Was wondering if you'd had any success with it.

k hi everyone I have read ur all post and I did have the same promble to untill I notice that my firewall was blocking the patch to download if you have firewall program like Pc tool firewall or any program that you may have it will block any downloads or any updates or the game so just check ur sitting to make shur its not blocking or you may have to bypass it just turn off ur firewall n try it again if that doesn't work just check ur network sittings
