it was pre-order, so not anymore.
My plague bringer is doing damage but the gun doesnt look like it did before the patch, now it looks like a basic looking bolt sniper rifle.
There have been others complaining about sniper rifles not doing damage since the patch. Please fill out a bug report and give them as much info as you can about it. Sorry you're having trouble
