Help needed. Rebooting doesn't work, can't get hold of the Live Chat. They must have left the phone off the hook...
Characters gone! Have been playing patch seemingly without incident, apart from the server downtime obviously.
2027 EGO main character along with a secondary character...5 minutes ago I attempted to join a match of commandeer cronkhite and during the loading screen I got the usual 'the defiance service is unavailable'. I think nothing of it and go to log back in - to find a notice telling me to link my account and NO CHARACTERS TO CHOOSE FROM.
I understand new games, especially MMO's have teething problems and I've been more understanding than most. But this...This is too far. I've never had anything deleted from characters in previous games, nevermind an entire two ****ing characters!
