Sniper headshots not doing damage

Hi all, noticed after patch my sniper rifle wont do damage in a direct head shot, it shows the 4.4k damage but it is not taken from the 99ers hp. If i use same rifle to shoot chest there is no problem except snipers to chest are rather crap. am i alone in this or>?

I am having the same problem. I main the subs but it would be nice to use a rifle when I need it.

I'm not having this problem, but I haven't been shooting at shielded enemies. I'll have to go try them tonight.

Yes it is a problem with ALL types of sniper rifles both Bolt action and semi auto. (i even tried different sniper rifles like the VBI and VOT and others)

Mines been working fine against 99ers 1 hit headshots through sheild no problem
