I can understand a flinch. You get hit hard by something, it hurts, the enemies do it to. The flinch is ok. What is NOT ok is the turn. How the hell is it considered realistic or even a good gaming mechanic to have your character magically be able to tell where the shot came from and to FORCE him to turn towards that ONE sniper, when there's 10 enemies in front of him. Even if this mechanic is intending to inform the player where the shot came, a simple red marker at the side of the screen or something indicating where the shot came from would be better than this. It should be MY decision whether or not I want to pursue the sniper.
In other words, no, it is NOT easy to turn back around to your original target when all it takes is that exact same amount of time for you to die or a least get a chunk of life taken away from you from your ORIGINAL target just because the game is forcing you where to focus your attention to.
