various bolt action sniper rifles are not damaging health bars correctly on crit headshots, checked a normal hit to torso dmg was fine and shows on health bar, checked semi-auto rifles and both headshot crits and normal hits were fine. So issue is limited to head shot crits with Bolt action rifles, no differentiation between quality of weapon, all of that type are affected.
Bug on ALL sniper rifles both Bolt action and semi-auto. it is ONLY the crit hit shots that give a damage number but actually do no real damage to the mobs shields or health. and if you are far enough away the mobs act like they where never shot at all since it does no damage.
I wonder how long before players use this bug to skill up there sniper rifles to 20 skill level...
Do all the crit head shots you want from a distance and the mobs NEVER even come for you.
mine seems to be working fine... o.o pity cos otherwise id get max skill :P
Turn off the gunslinger perk it should fix it. Worked for me anyways.
I have not noticed any problems, mind you I don't play with gunslinger.
I use Gunslinger and don't have the issue. Most of the time anyway. When the patch came out I had a few headshots that did no damage. But I couldn't repeat it.
I just thought it was the servers acting up after this recent patch. I've had a similar issue with grenades recently too, not hitting enemies, even if I throw it and it lands on top of them.
Glad I'm not the only one with this problem. It didn't show up until the most recent patch.
This is getting annoying cuz no matter what i do i still can't get a crit. shot on any bolt action. I traded with a friend of mine and he said it was fine, traded back and it still didn't work, not even uping the skill works.
