Kind've a joke topic, but no, I didn't. There were some messages that came up but I was in the middle of stuff and didn't really pay attention since the only time anything pops up like that is to tell me to play co-op or shadow war. Anyway, sorry for making an apparently bad joke.

It's all a cunning plan..

Spam Co-Op and PVP system messages mixed in with the occasional Server Maintenance messages - players automatically tune out any yellow messages that appear on their screen - server dies unexpectedly - players complain - Trion says "We did warn you.. didn't you see the big yellow messages?" - players start questioning their sanity..

This happens every night @ 4am central like every morning since release lol. I usually cut it off around 3 am since servers start acting quirky anyway.

Erm trion, maybe it is better for you guys to maybe put some constant on-going announcement at the top of the screen so to alert people when is the downtime? its useless making announcement for that "moment" only as people will miss it.

The automatic disconnect is indeed annoying, but not as annoying as races. Who in hell's name thought creating races where objects are in the way, dynamic events are straight in your path and much more is a good thing..deserves to be fired. It's like they said "Let's create some races, euhm let's see I plant some checkpoints here and some more here and voila, it's done!" "Should I test the track?" "Neh, why should I do that?!".
