Im seeing this to some are gone like at top notch but others are where they should be, there wasnt anything in the patch notes saying they did anything with them.

Ok thanks for clearing that up but that sounds stange being as which you dont use ark salvage at the vendors. Having just checked as I was curious looks like almost half the vendors are gone, if there were that many being exploited good grief people are sad.

You could repeatedly gain one manufacturers shields for free and use them to gain unlimited salvage

Could they not have just removed the shield? That could have been a bigger hassle I guess for the sole reason they removed the vendors instead but good giref half of them are gone. I guess this was discovered post patch being as they added a fast travel to coit tower which now servers no purpose because theres no vendor there.
