They could have brought the servers down to fix it, but instead they just disabled the vendors in question and will add them back in after fixing the issue

yeh i noticed that too at top notch the top notch vender wasn't showing up as it should the special vender showed up but not the normal vender they need to try and fix that in their next patch . i think when i log back in im gone bring it up in a bug report to them although i doubt they will even listen but hey as long as its brought to their attention i guess.
