Finally reached the area where you purchase weapon mods. I wait 30 minutes to add slots to my weapons (this process needs to be removed because it adds nothing to the game) then purchase some mods. End result? Ever mod I added ended up getting eaten by the weapon. Wasted time and in-game currency. Please fix this because this bug, to me, is a deal breaker.
Got any info? Did it happen to all of your guns? All types of mods? What platform your on?
IV had no trouble on ps3.

Also after certain EGO level (~1k) weapons have all 4 slots available without adding anything.
