The ****tiest thing was what they did to the Heavy Scattergun. How stupid can the whiners be? Ceaselessly complaining about shotguns' PvP efficacy prior to the patch, with only two extremely claustrophobic PvP maps to test them on, of course the shotgun would reign supreme under those conditions. Not only was the best shotgun utterly ruined (not even mentioned in patch notes), but now, when I use any other shotgun in PvE, it doesn't fully polish off a typical grunt-type enemy and you often have to switch to another weapon almost immediately if there's more than one adversary, thusly rendering it as a crummy sub-weapon like the neutered sawn-offs. Your "tuning" sucks, Trion.
Wow, I knew something was up. Maybe they'll add maps that cater to Rifle users. Because the ones they have are for Shotgunners and Infectors
I still use shotguns in PvP and PvE and actually they did it right now that you need to stick the gun to some dude's face to one hit kill him. Shouldn't be able to kill people with shotguns from afar.
The pre-nerf Heavy Scatter Gun didn't kill enemies from afar, it has a spread like a laser upgrade from a sidescrolling shooter like Gradius and R-Type. I don't think they did it "right".
PvP ruins PvE everytime, it's ridiculous. The two game modes should be treated differently, change whatever the hell they like for PvP but don't ruin the main game because of it.
