1200 messed over and no answers

So my claim has around 1200 members we logged on after the down time and the clain members have lost

their tag and all boost we had 4 months of exp boost and few weeks of the other boost so been on hold for hours now. The response so far is well no looks like you all did not have a clain or boost. That's a lot of unhappy poeple and a lot of real money that they have at this point taken with out delivering the service. Any other large clain have this happen if so what was the out come thanks

with defiance, you have to keep a constant eye on your boosts, in the upper left corner of the screen.

If it goes away, affected players must restart.

That's the way we solved it. If your boosts have gone to zero, from any time left on them, then DO NOT buy another boost of that type. It appears all of the clan-level boosts are glitched; my group ones are a lot more stable, but unfortunately, then you lose the ability to know that your clan-boost is gone, as there will still be an icon telling you that you're boosting.
