"What happens if I put a scope on a shotgun? Will I look through the scope when aiming? Because this would be useless on a shotgun. Or do only the stats increase? What would be a good thing. "

I think that is not a good idea to put a scope on your shotgun. It is useless since shotgun is for short range. Your speed will be affected if you put a scope there.

I've seen someone talking about shotgun spread with scopes, and they were saying that the spread becomes tighter with a scope. So if you want more damage right in your aim spot, a scope should help that, but you'll get a little less of that lucky spread damage that used to hit secondary targets, or players jumping around out of your main aim point. At least that's what I gather from reading. I don't scope my shotguns.

isn't there a slug or grenade based shotgun somewhere?
Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.

Yeah, there are sluggers. There's also tight chokes. Scope could help with those. In RL you find scopes on deer and turkey shotguns. Don't think I've ever seen one for tactical use though.
