Yeah ALT-Enter goes back to at least windows xp..

You still have to alt-tab to get your mouse back .. make sure you have other apps open to tab to. you can also hit the windows key.

ALT + TAB puts me on windows dekstop with being able to mouse around.

After using alt enter, the windows key does nothing. Alt tab brings up a little mini window that shows the programs running on the task bar and I can select them with the mouse...but of course I can alt tab to the desktop straight from the game so it isn't actually saving any time.

I'm running Windows 8 Professional 64 bit btw if it makes any difference.
