I'm pretty sure that's a solo only mission i'm afraid.

Oh my gosh. Really? That's unfortunate.

I confirm, it's a solo mission.
Too bad, it had such a great potential.

Use a respark shield with a combat or pump shotgun and an assault rifle. If you have a grenade with 0.0 det that's great as well and have overcharge is your power. Keep dodging and when he is still or moving slow shoot him loads with your shotgun.
In phase 2 use the assualt on the all the versions until it is the real one then overcharge and use the shotgun. When there are loads of him up top, use the assault rifle and take out as many as possible and start dodging.
In phase 3 keep the pillar between you both except when he's on the ground, overcharge and shotgun him. When the terr spikes come up the floor glows first, dodge and shoot them. Rinse and repeat.
That's how I did it.

I did this one with the Combat shotgun (with elemental damage) and BMG. I took the slow road but got through it.
Phase 1: Almost all BMG. More healing than hitting.
Pase 2: When the clones are above use the BMG. Take out one, move to the next. I was able to take out three and be on the forth before they came down. Made it a lot easier.
Phase 3: BMG and shotgun.

Auto aim infectors help. Try a high burst Canker (least homing range but good DoT damage). I used blur as a power and just sprint around shooting STDs at Nim

Keep your distance so he doesn't melee you, dodge his ranged attacks. Use a high volume fire weapon like a SAW to keep up the pressure on him, keep a BMG in your secondary slot to heal. Use the Preparedness perk to keep your weapons loaded.
In stage one keep your distance and pound him with fire, heal when necessary. In stage two keep your distance and destroy is clones with fire. Shoot as many of the clones on the balcony when they appear as possible. Don't forget to get ammo in between the clone waves.
In stage 3 dodge his fire attacks by hiding behind the pillar. His pattern is predictable, he spouts one particular line before starting his fire attack. Blow up the ground obstacles near you. Keep up the fire on him and heal when necessary.
I've beat him 6 times and the above is about the quickest and easiest way I've found. He seems to ignore my Decoy most of the time and he seems to see though Cloak. But Overcharge and Blur work fine, but to be honest they're not really necessary. Blur will help you dodge him in round one and Overcharge will reload for you, but with Preparedness that shouldn't even be necessary.
Once you learn his attack pattern he's not that tough.

BMG and cloak if you can, it's a slow process but its safer and effective. No ammo, you can recharge you shield with both BMG and Cloak and attack its a constant stream of damage between 46-58 it'll take about 30-45 mins for all 3 phases.

just did this today very easy fight. Dodge alot on first phase and when he stops for a sec I unload my heavy assault carbine on him with the burst mag. The nano on this is radiation so its pretty amazing as it melts through any armor. All 3 phases took roughly 12 mins. Respark shield with 50 health regen surely does help.
