If you have ever played a beta before you would know part of their purpose is to load test servers. I can imagine your tear filled responses if they waited until post launch to load test their servers.
been 2 hours and 20 minutes. They said 1 hour? Just curious if anyone else heard an ETA of live servers?
Well I sure hope you were being cheeky. I so so many of these comments it's disturbing.
I came here looking for an explanation and that's what I found.
But just because it's a beta doesn't mean it isn't a huge bummer when it happens during a boss fight.
Uhhh, it's only been 20-30 minutes since I was disco'd....Times flies I guess....
It's only been 22 minutes since I was kicked.
And here I thought I had absolutely no sense of time.
I think they're basing the down time on their local time, instead of it being PST. Lord knows for a moment I was confused... until I realized "Oh right, West Coast time...."
Mind you, that was about 5 seconds, and I wouldn't have posted about it... but who knows, maybe they're just a bit lost.
