DLC and what new areas might come

Just scroll around on the map and look at all that dead space

I agree, go North.

San Fran's Fort Defiance is the obvious new area, maybe too obvious, and it's not very big. The Muir tunnel/North route allows for so much more.

I would like to see the town of defiance in the game at some point, that would be cool

I am surprised that Alcatraz wasn't mentioned yet. Potential for a raid quest. Might I suggest it be a base for a new faction. I have a potential winner for who this mystery could be.

Well im pretty sure the Volge is a for sure thing. I dont see any reason why not. Even the 2nd to the last track on the game soundtrack is titled "The Volge". So i would venture to say the Volge will be included.
