I doubt that they put all these sick people in the game for 3 tapes. More content should be on its way.

Next update will have the tapes replaced with clipboards (and attached pens - can't have anyone stealing pens) so you can help the sick ppl fill out something called a "health insurance form". A week later something called a "Pharmacy" will randomly appear. You will go to the Pharmacy to pick up prescriptions for the sick ppl.
