Yeah what? The objective is to kill it. You want your 5k then keep going to arkfalls and don't expect everything to flow in so fast. Works towards it and it will be more rewarding. And to be clear I probably have only around 1500 kills but its been reset more then once so only have credit for around 250 and I'm fine with continuing the fight for the 5k.

My personal favorite: The major ark fall that spawns in Mt Tam over Bloodbath Gorge. Find the northernmost ark fall in the mountains and camp out there. Nine times out of 10, it's the very last ark fall everyone else comes to. I routinely got about 300 skitterling kills doing this.
And then when they do show up, immediately start shooting the crystal. Since there's no damage on it, it looks like you were just the first one in the group to get there. Sorry, but not sorry.It's not as if my actions up until that point made it harder for them ... it doesn't spawn anything but skitterlings so long as you don't damage the crystal.
^ thats the first one i go for cause last time when it was last everyone was spamming nades and it took over 9 minutes.... since then i always go for that one first up in the lonely mountains it is

If someone wants to kill skitterlings to up their pursuit count or just for fun, more power to them.
Amazing how people with little patience and want everything NOW become quite rude when imposing their way to play the game upon others.
I use a SMG to shoot the skitterlings as fast as possible, to make sure to slow it down as much as possible as punishment to the losers that wined about vehicles and got them nerfed, I never drove em in arkfalls anyways but I did like driving things over in the rest of the world.
Now pi love hearing all the QQ when people are yelling to stop shooting the skitterlings hahahah so good.

If that is your reactions a lot of people are probably going to be happy vehicles got nerfed. Tell us what else you enjoy, maybe we can get that nerfed as well
I'm averaging 2 arkfalls solo, to every 3/4 of an arkfall the mindless zerg completes.
