I think what the OP is trying to say is that when doing events like Arkfalls, people that throw grenades randomly or spam Rocket/Grenade Launchers get annoying.

I always leave Arkfalls when 20 people are spamming Rocket Launchers, even if I'm getting all the kills before them using a Semi-Auto Assault Rifle.

It gets so ridiculous some times with all the random explosions bouncing here and there that I literally cannot see if there ARE any hellbugs to shoot at!!

The only "irresponsible" way AOE nades, Launchers, and Detonators, screw up Arkfalls is when people constantly lay waste to the Skiitterlings at the Red Crystal Arkfalls. I swear, THAT's when I wish there was friendly fire.

Also, cluster blast style explosions chew through Hellbug heavy units which is why you usually see them a lot at Arkfalls.

I think some of them are doing it to get their 2500 kills in major arkfalls pursuit done. Grant it, a better way is to go to one of the crystals that is not occupied at the time and just rack up kills on the skitterlings there, but most just do what they want.

Truthfully, that's what I did Iceberg. However, I kept myself from doing it at Arkfalls where destroying the crystal was involved. Either way, I never spam those weapon types, let alone use them frequently if at all.

The reason to do it at the crystal destruction one is cause the skitterlings spawn infinitely if you do not damage the crystal past a certain point. It is actually best to find a glitched arkfall that does not have the crystal show up, but then you have to contend with a bunch of players spamming AoE weapons just waiting for the count down timer to finish.

When at an arkfall or any other "event" out in the world of Defiance peop;le are allowed to use whatever weapon they choose in whatever manner they wish. The only thing I ever find slightly irritating are the people who like to stand in highly populated, non combat areas (IDR, Shondu's Consulate, etc) and launch their grenades around. If it does get a little annoying I simply fast travel to a less populated area.

Stop trying to police non-issues and worry about actual ones. Exploits, bugs, glitches, etc...these are things that need attention from Trion, not someone shooting their gun in a manner you don't approve of.

I have never did the skitterings crystal where it didnt end up a mass FFA with everyone shooting the crystal.

I might be exaggerating but if I have did it 100% as it should be done, it was solo or with just a few people.
