You need to add a Windowed-Fullscreen mode. I use dual monitors, and need the ability to mouse over and back without the game minimizing. All my other games have this.

Same here. This Alt-Enter option isn't really cutting it. A true Windowed/Fullscreen mode is definitely needed.
I also would like a full screen window mode
I like to be able to alt-tab without the entire window minimizing. Other games handle fullscreen windowed mode just fine.

DCUO didn't have it and most other SOE games do. Only difference, DCUO is also on the console. Hope it's a possibility.So did I, ages ago.
