Music I Made - Feedback wanted

Lucidity notes.

I want to like this.I enjoy ambient music.
I say I want to like this because it has a good followable theme and tone. but the primary image that comes through is a man sitting at a piano mashing keys too hard. maybe work to soften some of the percussion? or change the voice if it's synth to have a softer piano voice? definitely something softer. I mean, even if you were working to express angst, its like beating the listener over the head with it.

I need to hook up some reference monitors soon... I think my studio monitors made me put up a poorly mixed version somehow. I'm definitely gonna look in to that. Thanks mylo + jack.

PS: The monitors definitely aren't translating well, plugged in the headphones and... yeah I understand what you're saying. Gotta fix my rig up so I'm getting a more reliable sound outta mah speakers. Thanks for the feedback guys.
