The ego level would be prohibitive in its sale, and I don't use snipers, but I'd say it's a pretty good one. 80k-120k depending on the platform, and sellers motivation.

Run and gun on a sniper rifle is worthless.
Melee damage on a sniper rifle is worthless.
The self revive isn't at all useful either.
So it has a higher magazine, that's not worth spending more than what you can get at a vendor.
Doesn't even have all mod slots....
