English isn't the most widely spoken FIRST language in the world, Mandarin wins that title. But English is the most widely spoken SECOND language. People from all over the world learn English as a second language so they can communicate outside of their own borders.

I don`t want to put more wood in the fire but here it goes:
1- The reason that it as support to English, French and German it`s because they are the languages of the "old status quo".
2- Having or not having a Castellano spoken forum was an option of TRION, good or bad that is another question.
3- In all the south hemisphere the most spoken language is PORTUGUESE (Português) so why not a Portuguese Forum? Although most probably i`m the only portuguese guy playing this game
Ps: Spanish people speak a large pletora of languages but none of them is called spanish, theyr official idiom is Castellano. And they have other languages like Basco, Catalãn, Gallego and at this momment don`t recall more, but there is none called spanish.
That's not technically true mate, there are thousands of people who live in America and not one of them speak a word of English. It just depends in which part America that applies to of course.

I assume when they say Spanish they are actually referring Mexican Spanish, español mexicano (only name I have ever heard for it...).. the derivative of Spanish spoken in Mexico.. which in most of the US is just called "Spanish" .. for the same odd reason we say we speak English, even though half the time I have no f'n clue what my British friends are saying online. There are a few players that speak spanish playing the game...
Actually there are a few games that have different language sections and don't pay anything to keep them up.. just look for a moderator that speak english and the language of this section then if there is a problem the moderator contact with admin site or developers or do whatever it is authorized to do and he don't receive money or any other reward.
Example: Egosoft forums there are a few languages sections and i know moderators and they told me that they dont won money, simply if there is a closed beta they can test it.. and nothing more
Rats breed more fast.. so in the future there would be more like u.. sadly.. (and i'm referring to your avatar.. maybe)
