Never go cheap on blue cheese dressing. It's one of those things that can taste pretty foul when shortcuts are taken. And if you're thinking of getting a low fat or low calorie dressing, you're just going to end up ruining whatever you put it on.

I agree. I got this stuff at the local grocery chain once and it was awful, and I'm a huge fan of blue cheese. I have restaurants give me extra to-go cups of theirs (where it's good, anyway) and I put 'em in my fridge. xD

blue cheese is pretty good when you mix it with hamburgers...my dad's fiance told me a hamburger recipe with blue cheese, made hamburgers the other night with blue cheese and the kids flipped out...now thats the only way theyll eat burgers is if its mixed in lmao
