Recruit a Friend Rewards Broken

I'm still not getting credit for people registering for the ark hunter rewards. Anyone else still having problems with this?

This has happened to me. Ive only recieved email after sending 5 e-mails.

My friend went and brought the game yesterday, registered from my e-mail that had beeen sent to him through recruit a friend an then installed his game, downloaded patches and then logged in for the first time. I still havent recieved any other e-mails or any rewards. This is so dumb.

So I have already had 5 friends register and sign up on the website via the link in their e-mail accounts and the progress for the rewards still show 0/1 and 0/5. Why isn't this registering properly?

My friend had linked his account before playing for the first time. The only reward I have is for sending out 5 e-mails. Does anybody know how to fix this?
