Fix the problem with the last perk dropping off

Two months after launch without a fix for a fundamental system feature goes far beyond "it's just a launch." That's bordering on Trion trolling.

Never on all of my loadouts, need to pay more attention see if its linked to anything.

All I know is I play a lot of pvp and it happens ALL the time...after every match, during a match, etc. It's seriously pissing me off.

Do you pvp a lot? Me and a buddy do and it happens to both of us ALL THE TIME. Don't know if it's tied to that or not.

The reason I haven't *****ed about it before was because I don't think it did it while I was leveling up doing missions and pursuits. But now that I've finished all of that and only pvp now, I notice that it's a constant thing.
