Every game is Pay to win...

Defiance is Pay to win... you have you buy it to win it durr...

But even if it is a f2p like PoE it is a pay to win...

extra bag slots... ability not to be running to shops and selling

POE is really so far from p2w it's not even funny, you can't buy XP pots or anything of that nature. Closest it gets is stash tabs.
