Trade glitch. Lost orange weapon!

Just tried to trade (can provide profile info of other party upon request, but don't want to violate rules of forum) and lost an orange weapon for nothing in return. No "are you sure" window. No "trade has changed" window. I put up an orange weapon and I got a "trade accepted" prompt. WTF?! This cannot be happening. I'm really fluffing pissed. How the hell did this happen? The other guy got away with my orange for nothing!!! What the hell?!

Same happened to me, I have sent in two tickets and they say resolved but I receive nothing. They need to get on this.

THIS IS A HACK! Hacking is the number 1 cause of lag glitches and games freezing.
Any one who has played MW2 knows this all to well. "welcome to the new age" of hacked servers...
