Strange graphical glitch I see sometimes on male avatars. Screenshots included.

So yeah, I really didn't notice this at all in alpha or beta, only since live. Been trying to get a screenshot of it for a while now but haven't been able to get someone to hold still long enough, finally got lucky at a vendor. Note this is NOT specific to the player below (who's name I blurred) and not meant to imply any fault of his.. I've seen this at arkfalls and various other locations before too.

I have seen this several times also. I have nvidea gtx460. It ran a co-op with someone who had this and it kept going on and off.
