I'm going with both. Now show me someone uses anything but cloak with a shotgun or an infector and I'll show you someone that is actually good in pvp. Oh, and you forgot detonators but then again these people are the funniest to irritate with an smg and blur.

P.S. To all the people using shotguns, cloak, and infectors I have one word.....BAAAAAAAA.

infectors, purely due to the fact you dont have to aim thanks to the homing

How do they block spawns? Never seen it done by someone. I read a thread on the ps3 side. A guy got reported cause of he managed to stop a group from spawn blocking. PS infectors. And they use those infector grenades with it to. Not that I have a problem killing them. but its just wrong.

Shotguns aren't an issue. They were nerfed, for one. For two, shotguns should be dominant at close quarters. I haven't even touched them since the nerf though.

As far as infectors go, my only issue is with the Immunizer. Up to a 48m range (more if you have one with stalker synergy) and you aren't required to aim. Plus spawn a bug after every 5 shots with hatch damage coupling the bug spawn. Not to mention the DoT that blocks shield regen. All of this coming from a weapon requiring no aim... So yeah, rather OP if I do say so myself. One or two isn't too bad, but when 5-6 people roof camp B with them, things get a little out of hand.

I totally agree, to me shotguns wasnt rlly op, it take 3 shots to actually kill someone (Vot Fragger) only thing they rlly were good for is point blank range the sec someone start to run away u lose ALOT of damage, i think infectors are alot more op before and after the nerf
