new to game and need a bit of help

Not sure exactly what the issue is, but Deluxe package for me when I got it didn't come with any CD-key style code or anything. However, I had already purchased the physical CD box and used that CD-Key to activate my copy. I'm presuming since you brought it from TRION Worlds, Inc. directly, you should have a similar key that should have either been emailed to you (possibly in junk/spam folder) or when you log on to Trion Worlds website, and go to "Manage Games" -> "Defiance PC game" area you should see something like download client.

Now, if you are using an older client. You might see an authorization number area at the bottom. If that is what you are talking about. Then close the client launcher, and right click on the icon. Choose "Run as Administrator" and update the client that way. It should then get rid of the authorization number area.

Otherwise, please be more specific in what you are having issues with.

ok if you link you account to the ego ingame thier are secrect easter egg type codes you can input to get things in game . more inventory slots ect passed the delux package items. They are hidden in game world. From the reading i have been doing but that 15 digit ark code is needed to unlock them and since i did not buy the box game no key. So with out ark code that should be in accounts ingame im sol

No, they are not hidden ingame. they were hidden in advertising and such before the game was released. Here, let me hold your hand.

With the first link, you LOGIN with your ACCOUNT INFO, no cd key or anything is needed. It's already tied to your trion/defiance account.
