Turning a Glitch into Gold!

So, you've just been battling a crystal Arkfall for the past 40 minutes, giving it your all, knowing this time you will get a high rank on the battle boards. You arrive at the last crystal and you and your fellow Ark Hunters are in full stride and bring it down in meer minutes. You summon your vehicle and begin to race away, only to realize the marker for the last crystal has not disappeared yet. You head back to see no crystal but a continous stream of Skitterlings pouring from the earth. Then you realize it. DAMN! Arkfall glitch! All that hard work wasted...or is it!

There are Pursuits that require that Ark Hunters master a certain weapon to achieve them, but I myself rarely use a BMG or an Infector. What to do?

When I'm face with this glitch I don't b**tch. I pull out a BMG or an Infector and go to town. Weapon skill increasing - check! A little extra scip - check! Some Arkfall Salvage - check!

Probably one of the worst ways to skill up your weapons. If that is your goal, then I suggest you play Scrapworks Salvage and beat down on those high HP robots.

No, not from the hellbug arkfalls sole exception being the matron herself. The other factions' arkfalls, major and minor, reward mob and weapon XP normally.
