    Survivalist synergy bugged?

It seems I'm not getting the 2% damage to targets with full health and shield. I have both primary and secondary equipped with survivalist synergy weapons, but still putting out base damage.

Anyone else with the same issue?

This may seem like a stupid question but...

You do have damage numbers turned on, right?

Then I have absolutely no clue. xD

Could very well be bugged, although you are the first that I've seen to have problems with it.

What weapons are you using? At best you'll see a 20ish point damage increase and thats with a sniper rifle. Also, they need full health and shields. Not just health. No shield, no boost. Finally, I doubt it works after the first hit, so of course you'll get standard numbers because the enemy no longer has full health and shields.

The tooltip on Survivalist is misleading. What it really does is give you "+5% damage when you CRIT a fresh target".

You can see an example in the Synergy video linked in my sig. A sniper rifle crit on an un-wounded target goes from 4386 to 4605. Crits on wounded targets stay 4386. Body shots are 1271 regardless of wounded or not.

The targets don't have to have shields for it to work (again, see video), they just need to be unharmed.

ps: Outlaw (+dmg on last round of clip) only works on CRITS too.

Watched you vid on Synergy Systems and I was wow. But I have some questions, not sure if I know how to ask this without revealing how stupid I am. 1) I noticed in your vid you had 2 weapons in your loadout that have different elements attached to them. For one you had radiation, the other I believer was syphon. Do the mods effect the elemental effect of the weapon? If a weapon is modded with a mod that has elements attached (such as radiation)how does that affect the weapon's Synergy. Again I'm not sure if I'm even asking this question right. I was always under the impression that to get the elemental effect of the weapon the mod slots of that weapon must be for that element. Radiation mod with radiation weapon. Is this right? Or am I totally confused. (that is a rhetorical question btw) TIA
"Look my friend, there are 3 kinds of people in this world, those who can count and those who can't, any questions?

Elemental effects (also sometimes referred to as "nano effects") are completely separate. They affect the weapon only and are not involved in the synergy.
