Reached EGO 3001, and last Perk Slot not staying equipped... again

Seems like intentional or otherwise, once I was around 2900 or so EGO rating, my last Perk Slot started staying equipped. I thought oh great they finally fixed that annoying bug.

Then I cross EGO rating 3000, get a new Perk Slot... and the bug is back

Please assign someone competent to fix this issue, test that it is fixed... and put it behind you. Let us enjoy your game...

its damned hard to enjoy a game .ike this, when there allways are issues that give us the 'Downer' !! btw, i have and had this problem since i got to lvl 3000 my self ( im at lvl 4,236 now). Last perk wont stay equipped.. it never had
