How long untill sniper rifle crit glitch is fixed?!!

Title says it al... So how about an answer FROM A TRION TEAM MEMBER?

In case you missed the question, HOW LONG UNTIL SNIPER RIFLE CRIT GLITCH IS FIXED?!!
I really need to complete my pursuit KILL 5000 enemies with a BOLT ACTION RIFLE but I can't because the rifle DOES NO DAMAGE AT ALL when hitting a critical shot (ex: HEAD SHOTS or the backpacks on tankers)

I will be with holding any and all future defiance related purchases until i get an answer from a TRION employe. this includes any DLC content!

I just noticed the SEMI-AUTO sniper rifles crit hits are now working BUT any and ALL BOLT ACTION rifles still have the glitched crit hit bug that keeps all crit hits from doing any actual damage.

To bad it is the bolt action rifles you have to get 5000 kills with...

Still no reply from a trion employe...

This sniper rifle glitch is getting weirder. I started a new account and a new character and guess what?... the deadbolt Bolt action rifle i got from the quest WORKS just fine! all shot registered with actual damage even the crit shots!!
BUT when i long onto any of my characters on accounts that i have done all the arkfall codes on the bolt action rifles are messed up and still do NO DAMAGE when it is a crit hit.

I am not the only one getting this problem because i have found other threads about this in these very forms.

PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. I am so tired of getting killed because my crit shots do no damage when that is the shot that "would have" killed the mob that now had time to kill me in stead!
