Wanting a regen shield

Currently am using a purple shield that has an ok capacity and health regen of 50 and recharge of 70 but the delay of 9 is horrible so would like similar specs but delay of 3 would be ideal

I am about to put a Respark Regen on here however, it'll be an auction and it's only Blue. It has 25% HP Regen, about 1100 Cap, 40% recharge, 3 second delay and fire resistance. Just a heads up.

I have a regen shield, ( will check when i hop on my ps3) but i believe it has a good recharge rate, good capacity, and i believe it is +50 hp regen. Only prob is it is only a blue shield, i will Re check it once i hop on, just PM me a message and i'll reply it once i check

I also have a 70 health regen but it is EGO 1800 something and currently only at EGO 1220
