Im seeing Diablo station and various afflicted emergencies not spawning mobs so far today. Trucks and blockage items will spawn on the roads but no mobs and the green circle will appear at the station but no mobs. "Spreading the disease" ones in Salsa seem to be the ones almost always not spawning mobs.
I found a couple of emergencies but alas, no siege.
"Bugs?!?! Why did it have to be bugs?"
"I wanna see bullets flyin' and Hellbugs dyin'!"
"Only thing worse than a zombie is a flamin' zombie!"
You expected this to actually work....I knew there would be issue and can deal with broken emergencies but the lag is beyond my temperament.

On the 360 'Spreading the Plague' always spawns as a broken instance for me.
I have yet to actually see this emergency be playable for me since the content became active today.
The medical truck spawns, so either someones clearing it and the event isn't clearing properly or it's spawning broken.
I've also encountered a broken instance of 'Triage Center'(only encountered it once).
I saw triage center glitched as well. Did have such bad lag that I thought one was glitched but after 5 min enemies started puking on me.
