The definition for Tsundere is someone who starts off cold and hostile towards another character, before gradually warming up to them. Given the fact that Irisa grew up with Nolan, and there is insinuation during the show that she used to be much closer to Nolan before defiance, she isn't a tsundere character. In fact, Irisa is getting gradually more and more hostile towards Nolan. She is more associated with teenage angst as many others have suggested. Like I said before, I don't think they should kill her off or get rid of her, because the show revolves around her and Nolan. That said, there needs to be a serious change in her character in the next season, because she is way to predictable, and boring. You're welcome to your opinion, but I think it would be better for the show to get rid of the "tough," yet whiny alien girl act, and replace her personality with a more rational character, or at least something more interesting, so I'm not just annoyed when she comes on screen.
