Thats something I wonder. I have mine but I still try to pick people up. About halfway through the revive the bring themselves back or leave the area.
With the amount of lag some people have in this game your character may not have loaded on their screen so they don't know your down.Originally Posted by Babydoll
Yea my friends started *****ing at me because he thought I didn't want to pic him up and was right on top of him but honestly I couldn't see him or anything because of lag and then yes to your question, I already have my revives but if I actually do see someone down ill start a revive but if a random comes by and starts ill stop just so they can get a revive.

I must admit, Revive was where the game "MAG" absolutely excelled. You would get points for actually reviving people and your team would lose points if people self-revived or weren't healed. If they could somehow implement this into the game I think things would be a lot different.
But I do on the other hand, have been victim to not seeing down teammates. I think thats because of lag, but also due to there not being an ability to tell the difference between a down teammate and nobody there. If maybe they could implement a flashing blinker or just some way to know a person is down, that would be awesome. Just throwing it out there.

I've had to try to find people screaming for a revive and me not seeing them, not fun.
Other than that, if I ever found myself in the situation of seeing a rocket launcher noob being down after continuing to shoot at the skitterling spit crystals after being warned, you can bet your *** I would let him die. Probable stand next to him, revive him half way, then stop, repeat a few times.
sometimes i cant see the injured. its like they phase in and phase out. i only need to heal 4 and its done. i'll keep healing them after hiting the 100 mark
That's the main problem at arkfalls as a medic it's crazy annoying when,
people keep phasing in and out or just disappear all together...
On a side note I don't mind when people self revive, If you've got it USE IT! it's a cooldown not a finite use.

Yeah I'm all for people self reviving. The thing that I hate is when I see someone dead on the other side of the arkfall and I run over there and actually am the only person to revive him. Than when I'm halfway done reviving he self revives. Its like I know you saw me there reviving you. Pretty sure self revive doesn't recharge when ur dead (could be wrong bout that)
But yeah I got my 100 revives a while ago but I still try to help my friends get there 100.

It's because people are doing what they can to be on the top of a list that means nothing. So if you're down, that's less competition for them. Why bother getting you back up so you can put up more numbers? Just sayin'
