Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.
Odd. I went to Trionworlds.com, clicked on Defiance, tried to login securely so I could delete my payment method for now --- and got a certificate warning that the certificate didn't belong to that website. Ahem. Never had that happen before. So instead I just went into the game to see if I could do it there, and got this (click for larger view) ...

Kind of reminds me of what happened when Rift first launched. I would like to remove my card from my account for now!

The certificate warning only happens with Firefox. I can login with IE, but it won't let me get to my account to remove the payment method. Sitting in Support Chat (thanks for that link).

That chat link helped. They got my account fixed up and working again, changed all info and payment method. And the ingame store is working for me again and with my balance of purchased bits. Only had to wait maybe 20 minutes perhaps less to get Chat help. Great service.
My forum handle "Skeety" was selected to associate with an internationally respected sport. Flying Arkfall bugs are even more fun!
