will Definace have Raiding and dungeons in it?

It has dungeons now, but the only way I can find to join them is to use the matchmaking tool and select one of the "co-op" ones. Those are 4 man dungeons. They each have a storyline in them and it makes me thing they maybe fit into the overall story of the bay area, but I'm almost done with the first map and haven't seen any sort of questing tie in leading me to a dungeon.

There is one Quest that goes into one in the beta but doesnt use the same story
