Now Ara can be a bit of a hassle since "Serenity Academy" is quite large. To be more specific: If you enter from the southeast entrance continue along the 'road' then look at this picture~

It's the only flaming barrel in the area you will see and you can use the ammo refill icon on the minimap as a 'guide' to where I am looking exactly.
i was trying to do a thread just for the datarecorders it is in the story area you can listen to the recording and get more of the backstory and i cant find the one at ktam power has it moved?
ok it did move slightly its in building by truck do both side missions first i know some do not appear until after a mission is done
where is KTAM power? I can only find the radio station.

The Assassination of Toruku is in the small building at Serenity Power. Serenity Power is one of the stops that Cass has you drive her to (towards the start of the game). It should be the first time you drive the large carrier truck.
