I go to Shondu's Consulate. In 10 tier 3 boxes there I got 3 legendarys. I bought 20 boxes at Iron Demon Ranch and got 0 legendarys.

i have no luck with lock boxes, but where im usually at is where i get them from. Headlands or Top Notch.....i got my only Orange weapon by mistake of buying with bits.

I never thought location could make a difference for the lock boxes... I always hang out and shot at Overpass.
I've continued to stick with Bug'N'Chug since I got a Tier 4 with 3 Oranges in it last week. That's just silly superstition, though. It's pretty much been blue-blue-blue-green since then. Getting better loot from the arkfall and siege purples lately.
