    PS3 controller on PC?

Is anyone using PS3 controller on PC running winxp 32, if so how? I've tried Motioninjoy but can't seem to get it to work.

Yes I was just playing with my ps3 controller on the pc. I used motionjoy, I know you said you tried it and it didn't work but that is what I am using. I never used motionjoy prior to this but it is working fine. I followed all of the instructions. Maybe try again?

Drivers are working and it picks up in device manager and registers when I use it, but in game it is just dead. Do I need to enable it in game somewhere?

@Warlander....to each his own...Thanks! I hope all 126 of your posts are so helpful.

To use the PS3 controller on Defiance with Motioninjoy, set its mode to Xbox360 controller emulator and click 'enable'. Check in your control panel's game controllers section that windows thinks an Xbox Controller is plugged in. It should work fine from then on.

If you're new to using Motioninjoy: Always try 360 emulation first, it's pretty much guaranteed to work straight off, as MS really throw their weight behind making sure the 360 controller for windows is compatible and hassle-free for everything that can use controllers.

(edit: In case it wasn't obvious, I can confirm that the PS3 controller + Motioninjoy worked flawlessly this last Beta)
