Clearly the OP has not played Mass Effect 3's Multiplayer with its RNG store. Lockboxes are the same way.

I have come to look at this like Vegas slots. Walk into it knowing u may get nothing and don't expect to take down the house.... In this case Trion in the house so walk into the situation knowing u may get crap or loose it all on non rare items.

I guess some ppl are just luckier than others. Ive bought over 150 tier 3s, 98 tier 4s and not 1 orange occasional purple here and there
I wonder if they only let so many legendaries out per day. And once they hit that allotment everyones out of luck
