The funny thing, I cleaned out my bits stash and bought 2x tier 4 lockboxes with them and got 2 oranges in the second box :P
After that, griding like a hero during "loot weekend" and all.. buying boxes nothing!
*Starts conspiracy theory about "bits bought boxes" have higher drop rate on oranges than "salvage bought ones" !*

damn and all those hours of work, and still nothin, even when u use bits, ark salvage to buy keys or just earn the keys, it takes hours on hours.
As an MMO, it's a failure. Let us WORK for a legendary, not leave it completely to chance you get it from a lock box.
