    Once you hit rank 250+ you will open up contracts that require you to kill or do specific things for 5 different vendors. (They are automatic). Completing those contracts within the time frame, will give you reputation in that vendors stat.

    I would not worry about getting rep till the retail game, unless you wanna do it just for testing purposes.
