I like this idea alot but the ONLY thing is the fact that some weapons do not get 5 rolls but only 4 total(i have NEVER seen a grind fragger, courier, BMG, infector, detonator and such with more than 3 rolls and a mastery bonus yet ive seen some that are of "Titan" quality in overall build, have u ever considered scaling the rating system based on these types that can ONLY obtain 4 total rolls apparently? because it seems that Smgs, ARs, and SAWs are the weapons that more commonly obtain 5 while others are seemingly more limited to 4 but can be just as good if not better than the proverbial "Titan" depending on the combo of nano, synergy, and rolls.
