(everyone has a consistent runspeed, you'd never be able to catch anyone, cloak becomes a defensive tool for snipers only).

And this is exactly what clock should be. And yes, I use snipers.

Again it's not MY issues with them it's that everyone uses it, I was in a game where I was literally the only one not using cloak. It was ridiculous but kind of funny. But thats a sign of imbalance which can Be a game killer.

One of three things would help solve the cloak issue;
A) slight shimmer effect
B) radar presence of ego use shown
C) slows the movement of user(in pvp)

Besides from this issue, I don't think any guns should have been nerfed ever. Infact some guns(sniper rifles) should be buffed.

I agree except for 3. And 2 is a must have. You can cap off rounds while cloak and not show up on radar?? lol bull****.

As it is now players are utterly invisible with cloak. And Even if you catch them and reveal them they can run off and re-cloak within half a second later. Im sorry but if you get caught and shot while cloaked then the time to re-cloak should take 5 seconds. You are not being stealth if you get shot so you should be punished for sucking. Defiance Cloak along with the Infector is the lamest thing in any game I have ever played. Its just plain sad.

Because I realize it's going to be an issue to defiance long term and I enjoy the game, therefore it behooves me to want it fixed.

Hell, I will sometimes use cloak in PvP, aint gonna lie! but yes, if you get caught, shot and discovered, that should be end game....


I cant tell you how many times someone shoots me, I hide like a little B and cloak, then run out and kill them.

Because it hinders and overshadows other aspects of the game because that's the only thing being used.
